PRE/POST NATAL CLASSES

What to expect

The classes are specifically tailored towards helping you maintain strength and overall fitness throughout your pregnancy / postpartum period. The programming will be focused more on resistance training combined with conditioning and basic endurance to progressively get you stronger throughout your motherhood journey while still respecting the changes happening in your body. That is why it is important to learn how to adapt / progress and regress depending on your individual situation which is where I come in as your personal trainer! 

FOR NOW, the classes will be held in Nad Al Hamar region in a ladies-only gym.

3 times a week. 

MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS & FRIDAYS

9:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Starting mid June 

this can be subject to change depending on gym availability so please bear with me. 

The rate of the package for a total of 12 sessions/ a month = 1,799 AED which includes gym access during class timings.

DISCLAIMER: You will be charged for the session even if you do not show since this is a closed group session and isn't open to the public. The fee is going towards also renting out the gym space during that time for X amount of people. Thank you for understanding.
